摘要:
围绕建立轮对全生命周期寿命预测模型和镟修优化策略研究两方面,基于轮径值预测模型与轮缘厚预测模型,实现轮对全生命周期的寿命预测,为轮对低成本运用优化策略研究建立基础。介绍轨道交通车辆轮对低成本运用的方法,提出轮对换向策略与多模板选择镟轮维修策略,给出基于多模板选择的混合镟轮维修优化策略,并结合实例与传统镟轮维修策略进行对比分析。
Abstracts:
Two aspects of research around the establishment of wheelset full life cycle prediction model and the lathing optimization strategy are introduced. Based on the prediction models of wheel diameter parametersand wheel rim thickness, the wheelset full life cycleprediction is achieved, laying a foundation for the optimization strategy of wheelset low-cost utilization. According to methods of rail transit vehicle wheelset low-cost utilization, wheelset reverse strategy and multi-template choice lathing strategy are proposed. Then, a mixed lathing optimization strategy based on multi-template choice is presented, analyzed and compared with the conventional lathing strategy taking real cases into account.
