摘要:
针对城市轨道交通B型车转向架一系圆锥橡胶弹簧下盖紧固螺栓频繁断裂问题，从一系簧结构受力、螺栓质量、紧固力矩、转向架试验台试验以及在运营线路测试螺栓受力等方面进行分析研究，阐述导致一系簧下盖螺栓断裂的故障原因，并根据现场实际提出相应的整改方案。
Abstracts:
Aiming at the frequent fastening bolt fracture of the conical rubber spring lower cover for the type B urban rail vehicle bogie primary suspension, the spring structure stress, bolt quality and tightening torque of the primary suspension, the experiment on the bogie test bench and the bolt stress test on operating lines are analyzed, the causes for the fracture failure of the conical rubber spring lower cover fastening bolt are explained, corresponding rectification plans according to the actual situation are proposed.
