摘要:
化学注浆技术在微细裂隙抗渗治理、泥化夹层补强、堤防和建筑物加固及隧道岩溶突涌水处治等工程领域发挥着不可替代的重要作用,已经取得了巨大的经济和社会效益。文中阐释了化学注浆新理论、新材料和新工艺及新设备在工程中的应用情况,主要包括吸渗理论、劈裂压密注浆及动水注浆理论的基本原理和工程应用,CW环氧树脂、高聚物注浆材料、改性脲醛树脂和低热沥青等新型化学材料的工程实践,锚注、爆破注浆和电渗、生物化学注浆及注浆自动记录仪等注浆新工艺新设备的技术应用情况等。作为水泥注浆技术不可替代的重要手段,化学注浆技术在工程建设中必将得到更加高度的重视和更加迅速蓬勃的发展。
Abstracts:
Chemical grouting technology plays an irreplaceable role in the treatment of micro-fissures, muddy interbedreinforcement, dick and buildingreinforcement, as well as the karst water inrush treatment, and has gained huge economic and social benefits. In this paper, the application of new theory, new material, new technology and new equipment of chemical grouting in engineering are expounded, including the technical advantages and engineering practice of seepage theory, compaction and splitting grouting theory, hydrodynamic grouting theory, and new materials like CW epoxy resin, polymer grouting material, modified urea-formaldehyde resin and low-heat asphalt, as well as the technical characteristics and engineering application fields of new grouting technology and equipment, such as bolt-grouting support, blasting grouting, electrochemical grouting, pumping grouting and automatic grouting recorder, etc. As an irreplaceable and important means of cement grouting technology in engineering and application, the chemical grouting technology will attract more attention and will developmore rapidly.
