依托广州市轨道交通21号线工程棠东站—黄村站盾构区间的隧道施工实例,从方案选择、工艺操作、模拟分析三个方面,探讨在地质条件及周边环境复杂情况下,采用主动托换技术与盾构磨桩技术下穿连续梁桥多柱刚构墩下桩基的施工方法,并详细介绍、分析了施工工艺参数的选取。该工艺方法适用于周边环境复杂、变形控制精度要求高的桩基托换与盾构磨桩工程,能够达到在不破坏原建筑物且不影响周边道路通行的前提下完全清除障碍物,并保证原结构能正常使用。
Abstracts:
Based on an actual tunnel section project between Tangdong Station and Huangcun Station on Guangzhou metro Line 21, the construction method is discussed from aspects of the scheme selection, simulation analysis and process operation, which combines both active underpinning and shield grinding pile in the complex geological conditions and the surrounding environment while crossing under the multi-column and rigidframe pier piles of continuous beam bridge. The selection of construction parameters is analyzed and described in detail. The above technology is suitable for the underpinning pile foundation and shield grinding pile construction with complex surrounding environment and high deformation control precision, and can completely remove the obstacles without destroying the original buildings and affecting the traffic of the surrounding roads, and ensure the normal operation effect of the original structure as well.
