对带有上盖物业的地铁车辆基地试车线采用不同轨道结构的情况下,列车通过时所引起的振动对邻近建筑物的影响进行有限元仿真分析。结果表明,与普通碎石道床相比,所提出的浮置板结构碎石道床,能够明显降低试车线对邻近建筑物的振动影响。因此地铁车辆基地上盖物业开发时,在开发初期,须分析列车运行对开发项目的振动噪声影响,并在轨道结构中采取相应的减振措施以减少影响。
Abstracts:
In the condition when different track structures are adopted by the test line of metro vehicle base with cover property, the vibration influence on adjacent buildings caused by train passing is simulated by finite element analysis. The results show that compared to the ordinary ballast bed, the proposed floating slab ballast bed can significantly reduce the vibration impact of the test line on adjacent buildings. At the initial stage of metro vehicle base cover property construction, it is necessary to analyze the vibration and noise impact of train operation on the project to be developed, corresponding vibration reduction measures should be taken in the track structure to reduce the impact.
