摘要:
介绍了一种基于永磁直驱结构的柔性转向架构架横梁设计。该横梁结构是关键的创新“交叉板式”结构,替换传统的箱式横梁实现了侧滚方向的柔性,具有在结构上小轴距、在强度上具有低应力、在抗菱形刚度上具有高刚度的特点。推导了交叉板关键参数对各向刚度的影响,并用有限元软件验证了所推导公式的正确性。
Abstracts:
An innovative design of flexible bogie beam structure with permanent magnet direct drive is introduced. The key of the beam structure is the innovative ‘cross board’, providing a possible flexible structure between two side frames, replacing the conventional box type beam. The structure has characteristics of smaller wheelbase, low stress in strength, high stiffness in anti-diamond stiffness. The influence of cross board key parameters on stiffness in all directions is deducted, and the derived formula is verified with finite element software.
