Influencing Factors of Thermal Insulation Performance of Train Body Enclosure Structure

以列车车体围护结构为对象,通过试验对不同环境情况下不同隔热方案的围护结构样件传热系数进行测试,并基于计算流体运动学对车体围护结构在不同情况下的传热系数进行模拟计算。对比仿真计算结果与试验测试结果可以发现,影响围护结构隔热性能的因素有:围护结构中的透气防寒材料是否与空气直接接触,围护结构内部环境湿度大小,以及材料之间的安装缝隙大小等。
Abstracts:
Taking the enclosure structure of train body as the object, heat transfer coefficient of the vehicle body enclosure structure in different environmental conditions is tested through experiments and calculated based on CFD simulation. By comparing the simulation calculation results and the experiment results, it is found that the factors affecting the thermal insulation performance of the enclosure structure include: whether the breathable and cold-proof materials in the enclosure structure are in direct contact with the air, the internal humidity of the enclosure structure, and the installation gap between materials.
