基于西安地铁16号线一期工程在1个廊道内同时存在多个大客流点情况,结合区域规划,分析了原规划线位方案存在的问题,提出了优化方案并进行效果评价。由于区域规划调整及阿房宫火车站定位发生变化,16号线一期工程张旺渠站—科统三路站段偏离了城市新中心,故优化调整至复兴大道。对地铁线位方案的比选侧重于规划和客流需求分析,在此基础上再进行工程技术经济分析。经比选,优化方案虽然增加了工程造价和实施难度,但是增强了其与规划的适应性,且客流吸引效果明显、功能更优,是更合理的方案。
Abstracts:
Multiple large passenger flow points exist in one corridor in the first phase project of Xi′an Metro Line 16. With respect to the regional planning, problems of line positioning scheme in original planning are analyzed, and optimization scheme is proposed with outcome estimation. Due to the adjustment of regional planning and positioning of the Epanggong Railway Station, the section between Zhangwangqu station and Ketong No.3 Rd station in the first phase project of Xi′an Metro Line 16 deviated from the new city center. Therefore optimization scheme adjusts the line to Fuxing Avenue. The criteria for choosing the metro line positioning scheme focuses more on planning and passenger flow demand analysis, on top of which is the technical and economical analysis of project engineering. Despite the increased construction cost and engineering difficulty of the selected optimization scheme, it has enhanced the adaptability to regional planning. It is the more reasonable scheme because the passenger flow attraction effect is obvious and performance is better overall.
