Design of Energy-saving Slope of Urban Rail Transit Line in Longitudinal Section

以天津地铁B1线一期工程为例,利用软件进行牵引模拟计算,对其线路纵断面设计中常用的“V”型坡、单面坡及“W”型坡进行了研究,对各种工况下节能坡的合理设置方式、最优坡长及最优坡度等提出建议。主要研究结论为:采用“V”型坡时,建议采用22‰~24‰的坡度和250 m左右的坡长;采用单面坡时,建议采用陡坡+缓坡的组合;对于长大区间,建议采用“W”型坡。并结合工程实例进行验证。验证结果表明,所选的最优坡度及坡长可有效降低地铁运营的牵引能耗。
Abstracts:
Taking Tianjin Metro Line B1 first phase project as an example, by calculating and simulating traction in software, the “V” type slope, single-face slope and “W” type slope are studied, and suggestions for appropriate set-up, optimized slope length and angle of energy-saving slope under various working conditions are proposed. Main research conclusions are: with the “V” type slope, slope angle of 22~24‰ and slope length of about 250 meters are recommended; when adopting single-face slope, a combination of steep slope and gentle slope is recommended; for the long-wide section, “W” type slope is recommended. Application in practical engineering project is enrolled for verification. Results show that adopting optimized slope angle and length can effectively reduce the traction energy consumption of metro operation.
