针对广州地铁5号线列车电机频繁出现的烧损故障和槽楔下沉故障, 通过故障电机返厂拆解和现场测试,最终确定电机温升过高是直线电机发生故障的最主要原因。通过温升试验确定,逆变器控制软件存在问题,会大幅提高电机的温升,进而影响电机的运行性能。现场试验结果表明,在相关软件修订升级后,电机温升过高问题得到有效解决,相关故障情况得到有效改善,电机寿命得以延长。
Abstracts:
Targeting the frequent occurrence of motor burnout and wedge sinking faults in Guangzhou Metro Line 5 train motor, with disassemblies and field tests, the main cause of linear motor fault is concluded to be motor overheating. Through temperature rising experiment, it is found that with problems in inverter control software, motor temperature rises drastically, which impacts the motor operational performance. Field test results show that after the upgrade and revision of relevant software, the motor overheating problem and related fault condition are effectively resolved and the motor life span is extended.
