摘要:

GB/T 38311—2019《城市轨道交通安全防范通信协议与接口》主要针对城市轨道交通区域内公共安全防范系统内部的通信协议和接口做出规定，目的是从技术上根本解决城市轨道交通行业在公共安全防范上的资源共享与互联互通问题，对国内轨道交通行业的安防标准进行补充和完善。阐述了该标准编制的目的和意义、主要内容以及实施的建议。

Abstracts:

GB/T 38311—2019 Communication protocols and interfaces of public security and protection system in urban rail transitmainly makes provisions for the communication protocol and interface within the public security protection system in urban rail transit area. The purpose is to fundamentally solve the problem of resource sharing and interoperation in public security protection of urban rail transit industry using technology, supplementing and improving the security standards of domestic rail transit industry. The purposes and significance of the standard compilation, the main content of the standard and the suggestions for implementation are expounded.
