摘要:
为了研究 MTMD(多重调谐质量阻尼器)对简支箱 型梁低频振动的控制特性,首先通过对箱梁结构进行模态分 析确定受控模态,利用经典扩展定点理论进行 TMD(调谐质 量阻尼器)的最优参数设计,并基于位移振幅最小化的原则, 建立评价函数分别进行 MTMD 的最优参数设计; 进而利用 有限元分析软件 ANSYS 进行谐响应分析, 研究了 TMD 的 设置个数对减振效果的影响, 并针对阻尼器的质量改变、刚 度改变和阻尼改变进行了参数敏感性分析。 研究结果显示: 在附加质量相同的情况下,MTMD 的制振效果随着设置阻尼 器个数的增加而增强,但个数增至一定程度后,减振效果的 提升不再明显; MTMD 在质量、刚度参数发生偏移时的制振 稳定性随 TMD 个数的增加而减弱, 阻尼参数偏移时的制振 稳定性随 TMD 个数的增加而增强。
Abstracts:
In order to study the characteristics of MTMD control of low-frequency vibration of simple support box girder, firstly,the controlled mode is determined by modal analysis of box girder structure, and the optimal parameters of TMD are designed by classical extended fixed-point theory, and based on the principle of minimizing the displacement amplitude, the evaluation function is established to design the optimal parameters of MTMD. Then the finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to conduct the harmonic response analysis. The influence of TMD number on the vibration control effect is studied,and the parameter sensitivity analysis is conducted targeting quality change,stiffness change and damping change. The research results show that the vibration control effect of MTMD improves with the increase of the number of additional dampers in the case of same additional mass,but the improvement of the vibration control effect is no longer obvious after the number of additional dampers has increased to a certain extent. When mass and stiffness are offset, the vibration control stability decreases with the increase of TMD number,and the vibration control stability improves with the increase of TMD number.
