摘要:
针对上海轨道交通 13 号线司机室空调机组低压故障原因进行分析,并将故障件返厂测试、装车运行测试后,对 所有分析的可能原因进行逐一排查,最终锁定影响司机室空 调机组低压故障的主因,并针对主因提出解决措施。 通过对 硬件与软件的优化, 整改后司机室空调机组运行状态良好,优化效果显著。
Abstracts:
The causes of low -voltage faults in the air -conditioning unit of the drive cabin of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 13 are analyzed,and the faulty parts are returned to factory for tests and loading operation tests. Possible causes of all the analysis are checked one by one, and finally the main reason of low -voltage faults in the driver cabin air -conditioning unit is fixed upon,and corresponding solutions are proposed. Through optimization of hardware and software,the rectified driver cabin air conditioning unit is in good operating condition,and the optimization effect is remarkable.
