摘要:
结合GB/T 50378—2019《绿色建筑评价标准》,系统地梳理了我国地铁车站地下空间绿色建筑设计研究的发展现状。从宏观场地规划、中观建筑设计、微观空间表达三个维度解构地铁车站绿色建筑设计影响要素。结合客观技术和主观感知层面,提出利用组合赋权法构建相应的评价体系,提出了地铁车站地下空间绿色建筑设计体系中各影响要素的综合权重及总得分的计算公式。系统地归纳了地铁车站绿色建筑设计技术,拓展了地铁车站空间文化表达方式,并探索了地铁车站地下空间绿色建筑设计的理论与方法。
Abstracts:
On the basis of the Assessment Standard for Green Building (GB/T 50378—2019), the development status of green building design research for metro station underground space in China is systematically reviewed. The influencing factors of green building design for metro stations are deconstructed from macro site planning, meso architectural design and micro spatial expression three dimensions. Then, combined with the objective technology and the subjective perception level, a calculation formula of the comprehensive weight and the total score of influencing factors over underground space green building design system is put forward. With a systematical summary of the green building design technology for metro station, this research expands the space culture expression of metro station, explores the design theory and method of underground space green building for metro station.
