摘要:
磁浮道岔是磁浮交通的转线设备。针对磁浮道岔全寿命周期管理中使用寿命状态评估问题,阐述了磁浮道岔的一般特性,建立了影响因素指标体系以及评估模型,提出了基于云模型的磁浮道岔使用寿命状态评估方法。结合算例分析,验证了该方法的适用性,并给出针对性的维护建议。研究结果可为磁浮线路的全寿命周期管理工作提供参考。
Abstracts:
The maglev turnout is the rotating equipment of maglev lines. Targeting the lifespan status evaluation of maglev turnouts in lifecycle management, the general characteristics of maglev turnouts are explained, and the index system of influencing factors and the evaluation model are established, and the lifespan evaluation method of maglev turnouts based on cloud model is proposed. Combined with the analysis of a case, the applicability of the method is verified and some specific suggestions on maintenance are given. Results can provide reference for the life cycle management of maglev lines.
