介绍了城市轨道交通全自动运行系统的特点。通过分析全自动运行系统的运营要求,结合苏州市轨道交通全自动运行线路的运营目标与定位,分析了苏州市轨道交通5号线全自动运行的运营管理模式与传统有人驾驶线路的区别。重点介绍了苏州市轨道交通5号线DTO(有人值守的列车全自动运行)与UTO(无人值守的列车全自动运行)两种驾驶模式的生产中心组织架构调整、岗位融合、专业融合、空间融合和修程融合方案。最后分析了苏州市轨道交通5号线相比传统有人驾驶线路节约的人工成本。
Abstracts:
The characteristics of urban rail transit Fully Automatic Operation (FAO) system is introduced. By analyzing the operational requirements of FAO and considering operation goals and orientation of Suzhou Rail Transit FAO line, the differences between FAO management mode and conventional manual operation of Suzhou Rail Transit Line 5 are analyzed. The production center structure adjustment, position integration, profession integration, space integration, maintenance integration of both DTO (Driverless Train Operation) and UTO (Unattended Train Operation) driving modes are expounded. Finally, the savings of Suzhou Rail Transit Line 5 in labor cost compared to conventional operation mode is analyzed.
