在管幕法顶管施工中,顶力计算的准确性对后续配套设备的选择至关重要,但现有的计算公式均未考虑锁扣对顶管顶力的影响。依托上海轨道交通14号线桂桥路站管幕段工程实例,对管幕顶管锁扣设计进行了介绍,并研究了锁扣对顶管顶力影响的机理。锁扣会阻碍泥浆套形成的完整性,增加顶进的摩阻力。锁扣挤压通过加固区时,会造成加固土体塑性破坏,对锁扣产生穿越加固区阻力。对分仓管、基准管、承插管和闭合管等4类顶管的实测顶力分别进行分析,提出带锁扣顶管顶力的计算公式。计算结果与实测顶力较为吻合,可应用于类似工程的顶力计算。
Abstracts:
The accuracy of jacking force calculation is crucial to the selection of supporting equipment in the pipe jacking construction of pipe roof, however, the existing calculation formula does not consider the influence of the lock on the jacking force of the jacking pipe. Relying on the example project of Guiqiao Road station, Shanghai Rail Transit Line 14, the design of lock of pipe roof is introduced. The mechanism of the effect of the lock on the jacking force is studied. The lock hinders integrity of the formation of mud screen and increases frictional resistance of the jacking. When the lock is squeezed through reinforcement zone, the reinforced soil undergoes plastic damage, which creates resistance to the lock through the reinforcement zone. The measured jacking forces of four types of jacking pipes, separate pipe, advanced pipe, socket pipe and closed pipe, are analyzed respectively, and the formula for calculating the jacking force of pipe roof with lock is proposed. The calculated results are in good agreement with the measured jacking force and can be applied to similar engineering jacking force calculations.
