摘要:
分析了地铁盾构隧道管片姿态测量传统方法的复杂性、计算的低效性、数据报送的不及时性、成果展示的单一性,从改进外业测量数据采集的方法入手,详细阐述了管片姿态检测信息系统的管片姿态偏差计算数学模型,并说明了该系统的设计架构及应用效果。管片姿态检测信息系统能实现盾构隧道管片姿态检测的自动化、实时化、标准化和专业化,能较好地提高隧道轴线控制的质量,还能节约地铁隧道建设成本。
Abstracts:
View of the complexity, inefficiency of calculation, untimely submission of data and singleness of achievement display of the conventional method of metro shield tunnel segment attitude measurement, starting with improving the method of field measurement data collection, the mathematical model of segment attitude deviation calculation of segment attitude detection information system is described in detail. System structure and application effect are explained. Segment attitude detection information system can realize automation, real-time, standardization and specialization of segment attitude detection for shield tunnel. The system can improve the quality of tunnel axis control and can save the cost of metro tunnel construction.
