摘要:
地下管线种类、材质、接头形式、使用现状、地层条件等各不相同,因此浅埋暗挖法隧道下穿管线施工是城市轨道交通建设过程中的重要课题,对其处理是一项综合性的技术。阐述了浅埋暗挖法隧道下穿管线施工的控制标准和控制措施:首先应详细调查管线情况、排查地层空洞;在研究管线控制标准的基础上,提出管线沉降主要控制指标,并给出建议控制值;施工过程中,根据风险分级制定管线自身处理和加强措施以及管线外部保护控制措施,并制定应急预案。
Abstracts:
The types, materials, joint forms, and current usage status of underground pipelines, and stratum conditions are different. Therefore, the construction of under-passing pipelines in shallow tunneling method is an important subject in the construction of urban rail transit, and the treatment is a comprehensive technology. The control standards and measures of under-passing pipeline construction of shallow tunneling method are expounded. Firstly, detailed investigation of pipeline condition and stratum cavity inspection should be conducted. Based on the research of pipeline control standards, the main control indicators for pipeline settlement are proposed, and the recommended control values are given. During construction process, the pipeline self-treatment measures, reinforcement measures and external control measures are formulated according to the risk classification, as well as emergency plans.
