Study on Stress and Deformation Characteristics of Side Pile Structure of Station Excavated by Single-storey Hole-pile Method

摘要:
以某单层洞桩法暗挖车站为例,介绍了边桩顶应力、边桩钢筋内力、边桩混凝土应变、边桩顶竖向变形及边桩侧向水平位移等监测方案设计,并通过对监测数据进行总结分析,得出单层洞桩法暗挖车站边桩结构受力特征。在主体土体开挖期间,边桩土方开挖段侧向摩阻力急剧减少,受力状态发生显著变化,为受力最不利的状态。建议设计时根据计算结果对边桩强度进行验算,施工时对底板以下边桩侧向及桩端进行后注浆,以便有利于提高桩基承载力。总结出了边桩变形特点及影响因素,并提出了边桩的结构受力及变形特征符合摩擦桩的特点。建议设计时仅取底板以下土体提供的桩侧阻力和桩端力,按照摩擦端承桩进行设计。
Abstracts:
Taking a single-storey tunnel excavation station as example, the monitoring scheme design of side pile top stress, side pile rebar internal force, side pile concrete strain, side pile top vertical deformation, side pile lateral horizontal displacement are introduced. By summarizing and analyzing the monitoring data, stress characteristics of the side-pile structure of single-storey hole-pile underground excavation station is obtained. During the excavation of main soil body, the lateral friction of the side-pile excavation section sharply decreases, and the state of the force changes significantly, to the most unfavorable state. It is recommended to check the strength of the side piles according to the calculation results during design. Post-grouting the side piles below the bottom plate and the pile ends during construction is helpful to improving the bearing capacity of pile foundation. The deformation characteristics and influencing factors of side piles are summarized. It is also proposed that the structural stress and deformation characteristics of the side piles are in line with the characteristics of friction piles. It is recommended that only the pile side resistance and pile end force provided by the soil below the floor shall be taken into account in the design, and the design should be based on friction-end bearing piles.
