摘要:
第三代宽禁带半导体——碳化硅器件的广泛应用,使轨道交通列车充电机系统中器件的损耗计算逐渐成为列车电源系统设计中的一项关键技术。提出了一种碳化硅器件的损耗计算模型。基于PLECS软件进行了碳化硅器件的损耗仿真对比,验证了该损耗计算模型的合理性。对所研制的碳化硅充电机进行了功能验证,验证了碳化硅器件损耗计算模型在实际应用中的正确性。
Abstracts:
With the wide application of the third-generation wide band gap semiconductor-SiC (silicon carbide) device, loss calculation of device in rail transit train charger system has gradually become a key technology in the design of train power supply system. A loss calculation model of SiC device is proposed. Loss of SiC device is simulated and compared based on PLECS software, verifying the rationality of the loss calculation model. Functionality verification is carried out towards the developed SiC charger, validating the correctness of SiC device loss calculation model in actual practice.
