Analysis and Prediction of Key Parameters of Ground Surface Settlements due to Shield Tunneling in Silty Clay Stratum

基于常州地铁土压平衡盾构穿越典型粉质黏土地层59个地表沉降监测断面实测数据的统计结果,分析了Peck公式用于预测常州地铁土压平衡盾构施工引起的地表横向沉降槽的适用性,得出了预测常州地区典型地层中盾构施工引起的地表沉降基本参数的取值范围。即:地层损失率取0.10%~0.75%,沉降槽宽度参数取0.3~0.7。基于盾构机对土体作用的力学模型,得到了盾构掘进时的地层位移场的解析解,并与监测数据对比,给出了相关参数的取值方法。应用给出的计算参数,可以较好地预测常州地铁施工过程中及施工后引起的地表沉降。
Abstracts:
Based on the measured data of 59 settlement monitoring sections during Changzhou Metro EPB shield tunneling through typical silty clay stratum, the applicability of Peck formula for predicting the ground lateral settlement trough caused by EPB shield tunneling in Changzhou Metro is analyzed. The range of basic parameters for predicting ground settlement in Changzhou area typical stratum is obtained, that is, 0.10%~0.75% for stratum loss rate, and 0.3~0.7 for settlement trough width. Based on the mechanics model of shield machine action on soil, the analytical solution of ground displacement field during shield tunneling is obtained. By comparing to the monitoring data, the method of selecting values for relevant parameters is given. By adopting the calculation parameters obtained from application, ground settlement caused by shield tunneling construction of Changzhou Metro can be well predicted.
