在地铁车辆运行过程中,车轮受环境影响磨损较为严重,易导致外形尺寸超限。实现轮对外形几何尺寸的自动检测是关系车辆行车安全和正常运营的关键。采用光截图像法,设计了轮对外形尺寸检测系统,实现了轮缘高度、轮缘厚度、车轮内距、车轮直径的在线自动测量。该系统采用LS-SVM预测模型实现了对地铁车辆车轮磨耗趋势的精确预测分析;并将轮对外形尺寸测量参数结合预测模型运用到轮对检修中,产生了较好的经济效益。
Abstracts:
Wheels are severely worn out due to environmental impact during metro vehicle operation, leading to profile oversize. Realizing automatic detection of wheelset geometry is the key to safe and normal operation of vehicles. By means of optical section image method, wheelset profile size detection system is designed, realizing online automatic measurement of wheel flange height, wheel flange thickness, wheel inner distance and wheel diameter. LS-SVM prediction model is used in the system to conduct accurate prediction and analysis of wheel wear tendency of metro vehicles. By incorporating wheelset profile size measurement parameters into the prediction model during wheelset overhaul, better economic benefits have been achieved.
