摘要:
为完善我国城市轨道交通安全防范（简为“安防”）标准体系，基于国办发［2018］13号《关于保障城市轨道交通安全运行的意见》的指导意见，分析了城市轨道交通安防地方标准的需求，指出了制定城市轨道交通安防地方标准的注意事项，提出从标准适用范围、防范对象、重点目标及部位分级、防范措施等级划分、安防系统配置要求及安防技术系统性能要求等6个要素考虑制定安防地方标准。
Abstracts:
To improve the security standard system of urban rail transit in China, according to Opinions on Ensuring the Safe Operation of Urban Rail Transit (GBF ［2018］ No. 13), the needs of local security standards on urban rail transit are analyzed, several problems needing attention in setting the local security standards of urban rail transit are pointed out. On this basis, six main elements are put forward from aspects of standard application scope, prevention objects, key targets and parts classification, prevention measures rating classification, security system configuration requirements and security technology system performance requirements, aiming to establish the local security standards for urban rail transit.
