摘要:
阐述了我国典型城市历次城市轨道交通工程建设规划的批复情况，并对其造价指标及年均增长率，以及引起造价指标上涨的主要原因进行了分析。总结出我国城市轨道交通工程造价指标变化趋势，以及当前真实的造价指标，并提出相关建议。
Abstracts:
In this paper, the approvals of previous urban rail transit construction plans in typical Chinese cities are described, the project cost index, the average annual growth rate, and the main reasons for the rise of cost index are analyzed. On this basis, the change trend of urban rail transit project cost index in China is summarized. Accordingly, relevant suggestions are put forward for the current real cost index.
