摘要:
公务电话系统是城市轨道交通高效通信的手段之一。分析了上海城市轨道交通公务电话系统的现状和存在的问题。结合行业特性对公务电话系统的架构及建设模式进行探索与分析，认为软交换技术符合未来城市轨道交通通信专业的技术发展趋势。提出了上海城市轨道交通既有线路公务电话系统大修改造的规划方案，建议“十四五”期间新建2~3个软交换核心，以均衡分担各线路、各单位的公务电话接入，以构建一个高效、安全的有线通信网，为上海城市轨道交通超大规模网络的运营提供更优质的服务。
Abstracts:
AbstractBusiness telephone system is one of the high efficiency communication means in urban rail transit. The current situation and problems of Shanghai urban rail transit business telephone system are analyzed. Based on industry characteristics, business telephone system architecture and construction mode is explored and analyzed, and it is believed that soft-switch technology is in line with the future development trend of urban rail transit communication. The planning scheme of Shanghai urban rail transit existing lines business telephone system reconstruction is put forward. It is suggested to build 2~3 soft-switch cores during the 14th FiveYear Plan period, to evenly share the business telephone access of each line and each unit, building an efficient and safely-wired communication network, providing better service for the operation of super-large-scale network of Shanghai urban rail transit.
