在北京地铁6号线草房站—物资学院路站区间选择一段曲线段作为试验段,基于钢轨廓形和车轮踏面数据调查,借助动力学仿真软件计算钢轨打磨最佳设计廓形。在钢轨铣磨和个性化打磨后设置观测点进行定期观测,计算分析钢轨廓形变化、疲劳伤损发展、波磨发展等情况,对比钢轨铣磨和钢轨廓形打磨的质量效果。试验结果表明:钢轨廓形打磨减缓了钢轨疲劳伤损及波磨的发展速率,将打磨周期从3个月延长至6个月;地铁采用个性化钢轨廓形打磨是合理且必要的。
Abstracts:
A curve section in the interval between Caofang Station and Wuzi Xueyuan Lu Station of Beijing Metro Line 6 is selected as test curve section. Based on the survey of rail profile and wheel tread data, the optimal design profile of rail grinding is calculated with the aid of dynamics simulation software. After rail milling and personalized grinding, points are set up for periodical observation. The development of rail profile, the development of fatigue damage, and the development of corrugation are calculated and analyzed. The quality of rail milling and of personalized rail profile grinding are compared. The test results show that rail profile grinding slows down the development rate of rail fatigue damage and corrugation, and extends the grinding cycle from 3 months to 6 months. It is reasonable and necessary for the metro to use personalized rail profile grinding.
