补气增焓对电动客车变频空调性能的影响

不同的试验工况下,针对带经济器的电动客车空调,分别测试了补气前后的空调系统制热性能参数,并在-5 ℃外部环境温度下,测试了压缩机运行频率不同时的空调机组补气前后性能参数。试验结果表明:外部环境温度越低,补气对制热量、能效比的提升效果越大;-20 ℃时补气效果最佳,机组制热量提高26%,能效比提高14.9%;压缩机运行频率低于一定频率时,补气对空调机组制热量的影响可以忽略不计。
Abstracts:
Under various operating conditions, targeting electric bus air-conditioner with economizer, the heating performance parameters of the air-conditioning system before and after vapor injection are tested. Under condition of -5 ℃ ambient environment temperature, the performance parameters of air-conditioning unit before and after vapor injection with compressor operating at different frequencies are tested. Experiment results show that the lower the ambient temperature, the better the effect of vapor injection on improvement of heating capacity and energy efficiency ratio. The effect of vapor injection is the best at -20 ℃, where heating capacity of the unit increases by 26% and energy efficiency ratio increases by 14.9%. When the compressor operating frequency is lower than certain level, the impact of vapor injection on air-conditioning unit heating capacity can be overlooked.
