摘要:
基于杭州地铁6号线火车东站项目,分析了超深地铁车站盾构机接收的风险,提出了地下连续墙单侧玻璃纤维筋优化方案。以现场试验和数值计算为基础,采取了地下连续墙幅宽调整、钢筋笼合理分节、玻璃纤维筋卡扣连接和吊装方案优化等措施,探讨了超深超厚玻璃纤维筋地下连续墙的施工技术要点,并阐述了盾构磨除墙参数的选取。工程实际应用结果表明,单侧玻璃纤维筋技术成功应用于超深地铁车站地下连续墙盾构接收洞口,既保证了超深基坑盾构接收掌子面稳定性,又隔断了承压水层,减小了因端头加固施工质量不可控导致的接收风险。
Abstracts:
Based on the Hangzhou Metro Line 6 East Railway Station project, the risk of shield machine receiving in ultra-deep metro station is analyzed, and underground diaphragm wall single side GFRP (glass fibre reinforced polymer) bars optimization scheme is proposed. On the basis of field test and numerical calculation, the width adjustment of diaphragm wall, reasonable segmentation of reinforcement cage, snap connection of GFRP bars and optimization of hoisting scheme are adopted. The technological key points of ultra\|deep ultra\|thick GFRP bars diaphragm wall construction are discussed. Selection of wall grinding parameters of shield machine is elaborated. Practical engineering application results show that single side GFRP bars technology can be successfully applied for ultra\|deep metro station diaphragm wall shield receiving portal, which guarantees tunnel face stability of ultra\|deep foundation pit shield receiving, and blocks confined aquifer, lowering risk of receiving induced by uncontrollable end reinforcement construction quality.
