Parameter Optimization of Rail Top Air Duct Exhaust Outlet in Metro Underground Station

摘要:
针对地铁地下车站轨顶风道排热效率较低的情况,提出了轨顶排热效率评价参数,并通过数值模拟对轨顶流场、温度场及排热效率评价参数进行计算。模拟计算结果表明:过多的冷风被吸入轨顶风道是排热效率低的主要原因;提高轨顶风道中的风口排风量及风口尺寸增加均无法有效增加其排热效率;轨顶热风分布区域较小。由此推论,排风口参数的优化策略为减小轨顶排风口分布尺寸,并适当将排风口位置向车头方向移动,为此可提高排热效率20%~50%。基于优化策略,提出了具体的优化方案,并通过数值模拟验证了优化方案的效果。
Abstracts:
Targeting the situation of low heat exhaust efficiency of metro underground station rail top air duct, evaluation parameters of heat exhaust efficiency are proposed. Through numerical simulation, flow field, temperature field and heat exhaust efficiency of the rail top area are calculated. Simulation calculation results show that too much cold air being inhaled in the rail top air duct is the major reason of low heat exhaust efficiency; increasing the exhaust air volume and air outlet size cannot effectively increase efficiency; the distribution area of rail top hot wind is relatively small. Conclusion is arrived that the distribution size of the rail top air exhaust outlet should be reduced and the position should be moved towards vehicle front appropriately, so that heat exhaust efficiency is increaed by 20%~50%. Based on the optimization strategy, specific optimization scheme is formulated, and the effect is verified through numerical simulation.
