城市轨道交通列车在应急启动模式下,如在蓄电池亏电工况下直接带载启动,会发生充电机过流停机问题,其在启动过程中还存在应急启动电源停机的问题。基于列车应急启动模式工作原理,针对性地提出优化的应急启动电路并对相应控制方法进行优化,实现了应急启动模式的一键激活列车。优化后的应急启动电路及优化控制方法已在济南轨道交通R2线上进行了试验。试验效果良好,验证了优化应急启动电路及优化控制方法的可用性和有效性。
Abstracts:
When urban rail transit train is under emergency start mode, if starting directly with load in working condition of low battery, the battery charger will stop due to overcurrent, and the emergency start power supply will shut down during the start\|up process. Based on the working principle of train emergency start mode, an improved emergency start circuit is proposed, and the corresponding control method is optimized to realize one-key activation of the train in the emergency start mode. The improved emergency start circuit and optimized control method have been tested on Ji′nan Rail Transit Line R2. Test results turn out well, which verifies the availability and effectiveness of the improved emergency start circuit and the optimized control method.
