摘要:
面对落实长三角一体化发展的国家战略及崇明岛新定位为世界级生态岛的形势，对上海轨道交通第三期建设规划中的市域铁路崇明线的工程特征、功能定位和建设需求进行分析，提出了崇明线建设的总体目标。为实现区域交通一体化的高质量、高水平发展，经综合分析，提出了前瞻性的线路总体规划方案，并分析及确定了线路的速度目标等级、系统制式和运营组织模式，可为崇明线未来的发展提供借鉴。
Abstracts:
In the situation of implementing Yangtze River Delta integration development as national strategy, and new positioning of Chongming island as a worldclass ecological island, the engineering features, function orientation and construction requirements of the suburban railway Chongming Line in the third round of Shanghai rail transit construction planning are analyzed. The overall target for Chongming Line construction is put forward. Prospective route master plan is proposed for the development of higher quality and better level of regional transportation integration. The speed target, system format and operation organization mode of the line have been also analyzed and determined through comprehensive analysis, providing reference ideas for better future development of Chongming Line.
