摘要:
地铁车辆车轮失圆导致走行部损伤这一现象已引起业界广泛重视。针对这一现象的发展规律进行研究,建立了“轮对-轨道-浮置板”的垂向振动模型。根据该耦合振动模型分析了在恒定制动力/牵引力作用下,当轮周存在多边形不圆顺时,圆周径跳与轮对正压力、蠕滑率、磨耗功率之间的关系。分析了浮置板对车轮失圆的影响。通过对比车辆轮周在有无浮置板条件下的结果,发现浮置板虽然降低了路基的振动,但由于其质量刚度参数太大等原因,对车轮失圆情况没有明显改善。
Abstracts:
The damage of running gear caused by the wheel out of roundness of metro vehicle has attracted extensive attention. The development law of this phenomenon is studied, and the vertical vibration model of wheelset-track-floating slab is established. According to the coupled vibration model, under the action of constant braking or traction, the relationship between the circumferential radial jump and the positive pressure, creep rate of wheelset and abrasion power when there is wheel polygon out of roundness is analyzed. The influence of floating slab on wheel out of roundness is analyzed. By comparing vehicle wheel circumference in conditions with or without floating slab, it is found that floating slab can reduce the vibration of subgrade, but it has no obvious improvement for wheel out of roundness because of its large mass stiffness parameter.
