以某地铁车辆段试车线列车运行的振动特性为主要研究对象,实测了列车以不同速度出入库时所引起的轨道区、地面区和室内区的振动加速度响应。从时域和频域角度分析了振动传播特性。结果表明:轨道区振动以高频成分为主,且随振动传播过程衰减较快;随着列车速度的增加,各测点的振动强度整体呈现增大趋势,但地面和室内测点的振动小于63 Hz,列车速度对振动强度的影响较小;对钢轨竖向振动加速度响应进行Z振级时变分析,可获得列车的编组和速度信息,分析时长对最大Z振级的影响高达5 dB左右。建议:试车线的昼间试车速度不应超过45 km/h,新建试车线与住宅区的距离应不小于30 m。
Abstracts:
Taking the train operation vibration characteristics on testing line of certain metro depot as the main research object, the vibration acceleration response of track area, ground area and indoor area caused by train operation at different speeds is measured. The vibration propagation characteristics are systematically analyzed in time and frequency domain. Results show that vibration in track area is mainly composed of high frequency component, which decays rapidly through propagation process. With the increase of running speed, the vibration intensity of each measuring point shows an overall increasing trend, but the ground or indoor measuring points are in the frequency range lower than 63 Hz, the impact of train speed on vibration intensity is small; the time-varying analysis of Z-vibration level is carried out on the rail vertical acceleration response to obtain information about train formation and train speed. The impact of analysis time on the maximum Z-vibration level can reach 5 dB. It is suggested that the train test speed on testing line in daytime should not exceed 45 km/h, and the distance between test line and residential area should not be less than 30 m in subsequent construction.
