摘要:
以北京地铁19号线一期工程新宫车辆段桩基施工为例,介绍了基于BIM(建筑信息模型)+智慧工地平台的桩基施工进度管理方式。重点分析了利用BIM软件和Dynamo软件创建桩基模型、进行桩基编码和生成桩基放样数据的方法,介绍了智慧工地平台的主要功能和应用场景。实践应用表明:对于桩基数量较多且工期比较紧的车辆段桩基施工项目,采用BIM+智慧工地平台能够实时掌握现场实际施工进度信息,并可据此及时调整施工布署,既保障了工期,同时又提高了施工质量。以现代化的管理手段替代传统的管理方式,减少了人工手动操作,既提高了信息填报的准确率,同时又提高了工作效率。
Abstracts:
The pile foundation construction schedule management based on BIM (building information modeling) + smart site platform is introduced, taking the pile foundation construction of Xingong vehicle depot of Beijing Metro Line 19 first phase project as an example. The methods of creating pile foundation model, encoding pile foundation and generating pile foundation lofting data by using BIM software and Dynamo software are emphatically analyzed, as well as the main functions and application scenarios of smart site platform. The practical application shows that for the pile foundation construction project of vehicle depot with a large number of piles and a tight construction period, the BIM+smart site platform can take hold of real\|time construction progress information, and can adjust construction deployment accordingly in time, which not only ensures the deadline, but also improves the quality. The use of modern management tools instead of conventional management methods reduces manual operation, which allows improvement of information filling accuracy and work efficiency.
