依托南昌地铁 4号线民园路西站—火炬路站区间富水砂层区段盾构施工,通过沿线地层组成、掌子面砂土颗粒级配分析,采用泡沫、钠基膨润土泥浆作为渣土改良主要材料,开展室内渣土改良试验,研究土压平衡盾构在穿越高渗透性、高水压砂性土地层时改良剂对渣土渗透性的影响,并得出渣土改良综合解决方案。结果表明:① 膨润土泥浆对砂土渗透性改善优于泡沫,但泡沫能够较好地改善砂土的流动性;② 用单一泡沫改良时,无法达到理想的渣土抗渗参数,当泡沫注入率=10%时砂土流动性得到了较好的改善;③ 用单一膨润土泥浆改良时,当膨润土泥浆注入率=10%时,可达到理想的渣土抗渗参数,若需要达到流动性指标要求,则膨润土泥浆注入率需大于20%;④ 采用泡沫加膨润土泥浆复合改良时(泡沫注入率=10%~15%、膨润土泥浆注入率=10%),渣土抗渗参数和流动性指标均能达到要求。
Abstracts:
Based on the shield construction in the water-rich sand layer section of Nanchang Metro Line 4 Minyuan Road West Station-Huoju Road Station interval, through analysis of the formation conditions along the line and the gradation curve of sand soil particles at the tunnel face, foam and bentonite slurry are used as the main material for muck conditioning. Systematic indoor muck conditioning experiment is carried out, and the influence of soil conditioners on the muck permeability while EPB shield tunneling through sandy soils with high permeability and high water pressure is studied. A comprehensive solution of muck conditioning is obtained. Results showed that: 1) bentonite slurry can condition sand soil permeability better than foam can, but foam can improve the sand soil fluidity better. 2) Conditioning with only foam makes it hard to achieve ideal muck antipermeability parameters, and the fluidity is improved when FIR (foam injection rate)=10%. 3) If conditioned with only bentonite slurry, ideal muck antipermeability parameters can be reached with BIR (bentonite injection rate)=10%, while to achieve fluidity index requires BIR over 20%. 4) If conditioned with composite of foam and bentonite slurry, both muck antipermeability parameters and fluidity meet the requirements with FIR=10%~15% and BIR=10%.
