摘要:
介绍了BT2-8670-01轴承及其在广州地铁的运用及检修情况。结合设计速度120 km/h的城市轨道交通车辆的运行特点及维修优化需求,分析了BT2-8670-01轴承的早期缺陷及其主要原因,通过对不同运营里程范围内的BT2-8670-01轴承的早期缺陷发生率的油脂进行分析,提出BT2-8670-01轴承维修周期可延长至110万km。研究结果表明,使用BT2-8670-01轴承可减少维修次数,节约维修成本。
Abstracts:
The BT2-8670-01 bearing and its application and maintenance in Guangzhou Metro are introduced. Considering operation characteristics and maintenance optimization needs of urban rail transit vehicle with design speed of 120 km/h, the early defects and their main causes of BT2-8670-01 bearing are analyzed. By analyzing the grease of early defect occurrence rate of BT2867001 bearing within different operation mileage, it is concluded that BT2-8670-01 bearing can extend maintenance cycle. Research results show that the use of BT2-8670-01 bearing can reduce the frequency of maintenance and save maintenance costs.
