摘要:
中低速磁浮交通车辆摩擦制动采用闸片夹紧线性导轨的方式施加,无法使用传统轮轨车辆的闸片试验方法进行闸片性能评估。针对这一问题,总结了中低速磁浮交通车辆闸片试验的特殊需求,提出了此类试验盘片设计方法和盘片配合方式,设计了1套适用于中低速磁浮交通车辆闸片的摩擦磨耗试验流程,其涵盖对闸片一般性能、低速磨耗性能和冲击性能的验证方法。
Abstracts:
The friction braking of medium and low speed maglev vehicle is applied by brake pad holding the linear rail tightly, so the conventional brake pad test method of wheel rail vehicle is inapplicable to evaluate this brake pad performance. In response to this problem, the special requirements of medium and low speed maglev vehicle brake pad test are summarized. The design method and matching mode of brake pad for this test are proposed, and a set of friction-abrasion test procedure suitable for medium and low speed maglev vehicle brake pad is designed. It includes verification method for brake pad general performance, low speed abrasion performance and impact performance, providing reference for the design of medium and low speed maglev vehicle brake pad.
