介绍了国内外城市的轨道交通全天24小时运营情况，详细介绍了苏州轨道交通线网全天24小时运营的实践过程，剖析了城市轨道交通24小时运营的优势与挑战，并结合24小时运营实践提出了具体的实施建议。城市轨道交通24小时运营对带动当地夜经济发展具有重要作用，但需精心组织，以平衡不间断运营与线路检修之间的关系。
Abstracts:
The 24-hour operation of urban rail transit at home and abroad is introduced. The practice procedure of 24-hour operation of Suzhou Rail Transit line network is expounded. The advantages and challenges of urban rail transit 24-hour operation are analyzed indepth, and specific implementation suggestions are proposed on the basis of 24-hour operation practice. Urban rail transit 24-hour operation plays an important role in boosting local nighttime economy, however careful organization is needed to balance the relationship between the continuous operation and line maintenance.
