摘要:
乘客对城市轨道交通服务质量的要求越来越高。介绍了城市轨道交通服务质量评价体系;对2019年苏州城市轨道交通线网服务质量第三方评价结果进行了分析,了解和把握了苏州轨道交通的服务现状,发现了运营服务中的薄弱环节;提出了具有针对性的城市轨道交通服务质量提升措施。
Abstracts:
Passengers are having higher and higher requirements for urban rail transit service quality. Urban rail transit service quality evaluation system is introduced. Thirdparty evaluation results of 2019 Suzhou urban rail transit line network service quality are analyzed. The current service situation of Suzhou rail transit is understood and grasped. Weak links of operation service are identified. Specific improvement measures for urban rail transit service quality are proposed.
