介绍了地铁线路小半径曲线段因接触网软定位拉线断裂而导致的弓网故障事件,分析了接触网软定位拉线断裂的原因,基于接触网软定位拉线受力分析提出了两种改造方案:第一种是采用双股 3.5 mm软态钢丝作为软定位拉线备用线,并对现有软定位拉线进行加固缠绕;第二种是采用尾支线作为软定位拉线备用线。两种方案的可靠性测试均满足要求。根据实际线路的情况,给出了具有针对性的接触网软定位拉线加固建议。
Abstracts:
The pantograph catenary fault events caused by the breakage of soft positioning stay wire in small radius curve section of metro line are introduced. Causes of soft positioning stay wire fracture are analyzed. Two transformation schemes based on the stress analysis of catenary soft positioning stay wire are proposed: the first is to adopt double strand -3.5 mm soft steel wire as the standby line of soft positioning stay wire, and the existing soft positioning stay wire is reinforced and wound; the second is to use the tail branch line as the standby line. The reliability tests of both schemes meet the requirements. According to the actual situation of the line, specific suggestions for catenary soft positioning stay wire reinforcement are given.
