目前关于重叠隧道的研究成果均以先建隧道得到有效加固和支撑为前提,而针对先建隧道的加固和支撑方案的研究较少。以苏州市轨道交通3号线娄江大道站至跨阳路站盾构区间重叠隧道为依托,介绍了重叠盾构隧道施工过程中的各种支撑方案,并对比分析了各种支撑方案的优缺点。重点分析了轮式液压台车支撑方案的设计布置、施工工艺及支撑效果。监测结果表明,轮式液压台车支撑体系可保证重叠盾构隧道上行隧道施工时下行隧道管片的安全。
Abstracts:
At present, the research results of overlapping tunnels are generally based on the premises that the existing tunnel is effectively strengthened and supported. However, there are few research on how to strengthen and support the existing tunnel. Taking the shield interval overlapping tunnel between Loujiang Avenue Station and Kuayang Road Station of Suzhou Rail Transit Line 3 as basis, various supporting schemes for the construction of overlapping shield tunnels are introduced, and the merits and demerits of the schemes are compared and analyzed respectively. The designs arrangement, construction technology and supporting effect of wheeled hydraulic trolley supporting scheme is analyzed emphatically. Monitoring results show that wheeled hydraulic trolley supporting system can guarantee safety of down tunnel segments when overlapping shield tunnel up tunnel is under construction.
