摘要:
介绍了苏州轨道交通5号线列车清洗机端刷所用接近开关的类型及原理,分析了影响接近开关正常工作的电磁干扰源,提出了抑制接近开关电磁干扰的措施:在接近开关控制回路中增加中间继电器,在电气柜控制电路中增加隔离变压器和电源滤波器。
Abstracts:
The type and principle of the proximity switch used by the end brushes of Suzhou rail transit metro train washing machine are introduced. The electromagnetic interference sources affecting switch normal operation are analyzed. Measures to suppress the electromagnetic interference of the proximity switch are proposed: adding an intermediate relay to the control loop of the proximity switch, and adding an isolation transformer and a mains filter to the control circuits of the electrical cabinet.
