摘要:
针对轻轨车辆在运行过程中出现的振动噪声过大问题,以某型橡胶弹性轮对为研究对象,通过试验获得轮箍与车轴之间橡胶弹性元件的参数,构建轻轨车辆动力学模型,分析不同橡胶弹性元件参数对橡胶弹性轮对和刚性轮对的车辆动力学性能,以及对线路的适应能力。结果表明:采用橡胶弹性轮对在一定程度上提高了车辆的平稳性,降低了轮轨冲击,提高了车辆的曲线通过能力,减缓了轮轨磨耗。
Abstracts:
Targeting the problem that the vibration and noise exceed standard during operation of LRV (light rail vehicle), taking certain type of rubber resilient wheelset as research object, the parameters of the rubber elastic element between the wheel hoop and the axle are obtained through experiments, and LRV dynamic model is constructed. The vehicle dynamic performance of different rubber elastic element parameters on rubber elastic wheelsets and rigid wheelsets is analyzed, as well as the adaptability of the line. Results show that the elastic rubber wheelset improves the stability of the vehicle to a certain extent, reducing wheel-rail impact, improving the curve passing ability of vehicle, alleviating the wheel-rail wear.
