摘要:
针对深基坑开挖对邻近铁路路基产生的较大影响,以上海轨道交通机场联络线1号风井基坑为例,采用数值模拟方法,研究基坑开挖对邻近沪杭高铁无砟轨道桩板结构路基变形的影响,提出施作隔离桩的防护加固方案。数值分析结果表明:高铁无砟轨道桩板结构路基桩基水平变形模式随其与基坑距离的增加由弓形变为悬臂形;施作隔离桩后,基坑开挖引起的高铁无砟轨道桩板结构路基桩基和承载板变形量显著减小。结合实测数据,1号风井基坑实际开挖完成后路基竖向变形控制在±2 mm以内,部分测点的路基水平变形略超过工程报警值,最大值为-3.3 mm,但在开挖期间相应高铁区段限速120 km/h条件下,仍能满足高铁路基结构安全运营的变形要求。
Abstracts:
Aiming at the problem that the deep foundation pit excavation has a great impact on the adjacent high-speed railway subgrade, taking Shanghai Rail Transit Airport Link Line No.1 shaft foundation pit as example, numerical simulation is adopted to study the influence of foundation pit excavation on the deformation of adjacent Shanghai-Hangzhou high-speed railway ballastless track pile-slab structure subgrade. Protection reinforcement scheme of isolation pile construction is proposed. Numerical analysis results show that: the horizontal deformation of pile foundation of high-speed railway ballastless track pile-slab structure subgrade changes from bow shape to cantilever shape with the increase of distance from foundation pit; when the isolation piles are used, the excavation of foundation pit causes significant reduction in the deformation of pile foundation and bearing plate of the highspeed railway ballastless track pileslab structure. With the field measured data, the vertical deformation of the subgrade is controlled within ±2 mm after the actual excavation of No. 1 air shaft foundation pit. The horizontal deformation of the subgrade at some measuring points slightly exceeds the engineering alarm value, and the maximum value is 3.3 mm. However, under the condition that the speed limit of the corresponding highspeed rail section is 120 km/h during the excavation, the deformation requirements for the safe operation of the highspeed railway subgrade structure can still be met.
