摘要:
为了解决双护盾TBM(隧道掘进机)穿越断层破碎带卡机无法掘进的难题,以深圳地铁8号线梧桐山站—沙头角站隧道区间为背景,在对双护盾TBM卡机机理分析的基础上,采用数值分析、地质统计学方法对TBM穿越断层破碎带进行研究。确定了TBM穿越断层破碎带预处理加固范围及方案,得出了TBM穿越断层破碎带时的掘进参数变化规律及最佳加固范围,有效地规避了卡机事故,保障了双护盾TBM顺利穿越断层破碎带。
Abstracts:
In order to solve the problem that double shield TBM cannot excavate through fault fracture zone, taking the tunnel interval of Shenzhen Metro Line 8 Wutong Mountain Station to Sha Tau Kok Station as background, on the basis of analyzing double shield TBM jamming mechanism, TBM excavating through fault fracture zone is studied using numerical analysis and geological statistics. Pretreatment reinforcement range and scheme of TBM excavating through fault fracture zone is defined. The variation law and optimal range of tunneling parameters when TBM excavating fault fracture zone are obtained. Jamming accidents can be effectively avoided, which ensures the smooth tunneling of double shield TBM through fault fracture zone.
