依托深圳地铁6号线梅林关站—翰林站区间隧道工程,通过现场试验,对双护盾隧道掘进机施工段的管片结构的围岩压力、轴力和弯矩进行了研究。研究结果表明:管片围岩压力变化主要分为下部注浆、上部注浆、缓慢变化和趋于稳定4个阶段,整体表现为上下大、左右小的“鸭蛋”形不均匀分布;管片轴力均为负值,即管片处于受压状态,整体表现为左上方大、右下方小的不均匀分布,管片承受偏压荷载,轴力最大值为112.87 kN,位于左拱腰处;衬砌环弯矩均为正值,即管片外侧受拉,衬砌环弯矩呈现上下大、左右小的分布规律,其弯矩最大值为11.68 kNm,位于隧道拱底处。
Abstracts:
Based on the tunnel project from Meilinguan Station to Hanlin Station of Shenzhen Metro Line 6, the surrounding rock pressure, axial force and bending moment of segment structure in the construction section of double shield TBM are studied using field test. Research results show that the radial pressure variation of segment is mainly divided into four stages: lower grouting, upper grouting, slow change and tendency to stability, and the overall performance is uneven distribution of ′duck egg′ shape, as in vertically large and horizontally small pattern. The axial force of the segments is negative, meaning that the segment is under compression, and the overall distribution is uneven, with the upper left being larger and the lower right being smaller. The segments bear bias load, with the maximum axial force of 112.87 kN and the displacement at left arch waist. The lining ring bending moments are all positive, meaning that the bending moments of segment outer side are in tension, and lining ring bending moments in the whole ring are distributed in vertically large and horizontally small pattern. The maximum bending moment is 11.68 kNm, located at the bottom of the tunnel arch.
