双层初支叠合拱盖结构组合形式研究

青岛地区大多采用双层初支叠合拱盖法修筑超浅埋暗挖大跨隧道。依托青岛某地铁站的实际施工情况,对等厚初支与初支拱盖的组合形式进行研究分析,提出两种施工方案:方案一为“外层初支拱盖+内层等厚初支”;方案二为“外层等厚初支+内层初支拱盖”。通过建立地层结构计算模型,对这两种方案进行仿真模拟并对结果进行分析,最后对方案一进行了施工验证。得出结论如下:地层荷载主要由初支拱盖结构承担,荷载承担比例服从内外层结构刚度比原则,与二者组合形式的关系不大;在控制拱顶沉降、地表沉降方面,方案一能更好地约束围岩的松散变形,而在控制拱脚岩体塑性区发展及改善二衬结构内力分布方面,方案二略优于方案一。兼顾拱墙交界处的结构构造和施工便利,建议优先考虑采用方案一。
Abstracts:
Ultra-shallow bored large-span tunnels in Qingdao mostly adopt double-layer primary support composite arch-cover method. Relying on the actual construction situation of certain Qingdao Metro station, the combination of equal thickness primary support and primary support arch-cover is studied and analyzed, and two construction schemes are proposed: scheme 1 is ′outer layer initial support arch-cover + inner layer equal-thickness initial support′; scheme 2 is ′outer layer equal thickness primary support + inner layer primary support arch-cover′. By establishing stratum-structure calculation model, the two schemes are simulated, and the results are analyzed. Finally, scheme 1 is verified through construction. Conclusions are as follows: stratum load is mainly borne by the primary arch-cover structure, and the load bearing proportion obeys the principle of inner-outer layer structure stiffness ratio and has little relation with the combination form of the two layers. Scheme 1 can better restrain the loose deformation of surrounding rock in controlling vault settlement and surface settlement, while scheme 2 performs slightly better in controlling the development of arch foot rock mass plastic zone and improving the internal force distribution of the secondary lining structure. Considering the structure and construction convenience at the junction of arch wall, it is suggested to give priority to scheme 1.
