摘要:
随着轨道交通技术的飞速发展,对轨道交通设备的运维方式和检修效率提出了更高的要求。轨道交通设备应结合“工业4.0”的特点,与“智能制造”紧密结合,利用AR(增强现实)的三维注册、虚实融合显示、人机交互等技术,对其运维管理进行升级。基于Uinty3D软件与Android(安卓软件系统)混合架构,开发了轨道交通设备远程运维辅助检修孪生系统。该系统可支持智能眼镜和手机等远程用户端运行设备运维的智能化、移动化和信息化。用户可通过远程视频通话共享视角,与虚拟模型进行实时交互,进而提升设备的检修效率。该系统还开发了虚拟教学培训功能,支持对虚拟模型进行多次操作,可节省培训成本,减少误操作。
Abstracts:
With the rapid development of rail transit technology, higher requirements are put forward for the operation and maintenance mode and efficiency of rail transit equipment. Rail transit equipment shall be combined with the characteristics of ′industry 4.0′ and ′intelligent manufacturing′, and its operation and maintenance management shall be upgraded by using AR (augmented reality) three-dimensional registration, virtual reality fusion display, human-computer interaction and other technologies. Based on the hybrid architecture of Uinty3D and Android, a remote operation and maintenance auxiliary twin system of rail transit equipment is developed. The system can support the intelligentization, mobility and informatization of equipment operation and maintenance of remote users such as smart glasses and mobile phones. Users can share perspectives through remote video calls, interacting with virtual models in real time, so as to improve maintenance efficiency of the equipment. The system has developed virtual teaching and training function, which supports multiple operations of the virtual model, saving training cost and reducing mis-operation.
