从检修修程和检修工艺流程等方面详细阐述了均衡修与《地铁设计规范》中车辆传统检修的差别,计算并比较了均衡修模式与传统检修模式下的配属车数,进而确定了基于均衡修的车辆基地设计规模。研究结果表明,将传统的定修、双周检及三月检等修程调整为均衡修+专项修后,可有效减少检修用时,能相应减少全线配车数,从而缩减车辆基地的设计规模,降低工程投资。
Abstracts:
The differences between balanced maintenance and conventional vehicle maintenance in Metro design code are expounded from the aspects of maintenance procedure and process. The number of allocated vehicles under balanced maintenance mode and conventional maintenance mode is calculated and compared, which further determines the design scale of vehicle base based on balanced maintenance. Research results show that after adjusting the traditional scheduled maintenance, biweekly inspection and seasonal inspection to balanced maintenance+specialized maintenance, the maintenance time can be effectively reduced, and the number of vehicles allocated to the whole line can be reduced accordingly, so as to reduce the design scale of the vehicle base and project investment.
